Our objectives

Providing high quality homes

This is seen as our core work – whether it is investing in our existing properties or in new developments. The work should have a positive impact on the place and there should be opportunities for people to be part of the overall process.

Delivering excellent services

We are committed to improving and developing services so we do not stand still. We recognise many people wish a more personalised service and we want to ensure people feel they are being listened to. We are committed to learning from our mistakes and have a culture of continuous improvement.

Keeping the organisation safe and secure

Our Board and staff are working to ensure we comply with all regulatory, legislative and financial standards. We will make sure we efficiently collect all income due to us and help tenants to maximise benefits due to them. We will monitor and regularly report on our performance.

Valuing our people

We will work to secure external accreditation for the staff team through Investors in People. Training and skills to support the delivery of excellent services and to support staff development will be provided.  Involvement of tenants in the delivery of services is important to us and we will create opportunities for tenants to work with us on service improvements.

Promoting positive partnerships for our communities

We know in the coming years the health and social care agenda will be important for many of our customers.  Our aspiration is to develop tailor made solutions for people living within our communities and try to provide a seamless service interaction.
