The Association, in common with all other registered Housing Associations, is overseen by a voluntary, unpaid, Management Board elected by members of the Association, which also determines the Association's policies.
Ordinary membership of the Association is open to all tenants of the Association as well as other interested parties. Membership costs £1. Tenants are encouraged to become members of the Association.
As a member of the Association you would:
be entitled to attend the Annual General Meetings which elect the Management Board
be eligible for nomination to stand for election to the Management Board
receive information about the Association including regular newsletters
